What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants lie down or sit comfortably while sounds and vibrations from various instruments are played. These instruments can include singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other harmonic tools. The term "bath" implies that the participants are immersed in the sounds, allowing the vibrations to wash over them, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and sometimes even spiritual or emotional healing. The intention is to create a therapeutic environment where individuals can let go of tension, quiet the mind, and enter a state of deep relaxation or meditation.

What are "I AM" Affirmations?

Affirmations are positive statements.

"I am" affirmations are a specific type of affirmations that begin with the phrase "I am" followed by a positive statement or declaration about oneself. These affirmations are particularly powerful because they directly affirm one's identity and self-concept. By starting with "I am," they reinforce a sense of self-awareness and self-affirmation.

The Experience Overview

The 2 hour sound bath experience will start with a chakra balance with "I AM" affirmations then flow immediately into the sound bath.

Get ready to relax, rejuvenate and feel amazing!

Please bring a yoga mat or two to double up the thickness, a blanket to cuddle into and a pillow. A second pillow or a bolster is nice behind the knees to take pressure off the lower back.

If you fall asleep this is completely normal and wonderful, don't worry if you snore...if it's too loud I will nudge you.

What Beautiful Instruments Will You Experience?

Crystal singing bowls, metal singing bowls, gong, hand drums, ocean drum, flutes, chimes, rattles and shakers.

The In-Person Experience?

A sound bath is a healing experience that can't be replicated on-line, with a video or a recording. The in-person vibrational healing from the beautiful instruments is how the magic happens.

During a sound bath, the state of brain waves change from normal alert state (beta) to relaxation state (alpha), sleep state (theta) and even restoration state (delta). As the mind and body relax, the heart rate and blood pressure decrease, and our breathing becomes deeper. It is in this state where deep healing can happen.

The Benefits?

A sound bath reduces stress and anxiety by inducing a state of relaxation, but also has physiological benefits. These include reduced pain, better sleep, eliminating toxins and strengthening the immune system.

If you have never experienced a sound bath before, you will be amazed how good you feel!!! Come relax and enjoy, you will love it!

What Do I Need?
